What to send (required)

Support needs enough proof that you actively use another panel. Incomplete requests are queued — complete templates are approved faster.

  1. Previous provider name (site or panel name).
  2. Your username on that panel.
  3. Active plan there — name and price if visible.
  4. Screenshots (required): dashboard home, plan/pricing page, or recent invoice/receipt. Blur unrelated targets if needed — we only verify account status.
  5. Slammed.st username (auto-filled if you’re signed in).

Optional: paste a redacted API response or curl from the old panel if it shows plan limits — helps us match capacity on pricing.

How it works

  1. Create an account or sign in.
  2. Open support — we redirect you to Telegram with a pre-filled migration template.
  3. Attach screenshots, send the message, and wait for confirmation (usually same day).
  4. We apply 15% off to your next eligible plan purchase or upgrade.

Discount applies once per account, first paid purchase only, after manual verification. Abuse or fake proof voids the offer. See Terms and Acceptable Use.

Migration pitfalls teams hit

Switching panels fails when proof screenshots omit plan status, when operators expect “any IP” workflows to continue, or when abort culture never existed on the old tool. Slammed.st migrations succeed when you bring authorization habits with you: verified targets, written windows, and stop rules — plus complete evidence for the 15% review.

Positioning context: vs typical stressers and authorized load testing. Capacity ladder: pricing.

Post-switch run sequence

  1. Create or sign into your Slammed.st account and submit migration proof via support.
  2. After the discount is applied, verify production or staging targets you are allowed to test.
  3. Smoke at low concurrency; confirm Hub metrics and stop controls with your team.
  4. Map old “plan folklore” to published concurrents/runtime on pricing — do not assume 1:1 marketing numbers.
  5. Schedule the first real rehearsal with abort criteria and on-call coverage.

Sizing helper: concurrent vs RPS. Trial still helps new operators: register. API/Automations: docs.

When not to switch yet

If you cannot accept verified-target requirements, do not migrate — you are looking for a different (unauthorized) category we do not serve. If legal review of Acceptable Use is unfinished, pause purchases until stakeholders agree. If you only need CI scripts, evaluate vs load-testing tools before changing panels.
