COMPLIANCE
AML Policy
Effective August 25, 2026 · This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy explains how Slammed.st monitors crypto deposits and account activity to reduce financial crime risk. Read it with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Purpose
Slammed.st provides authorized Layer 4 / Layer 7 capacity testing for systems you own or are permitted to assess. We accept cryptocurrency deposits to fund wallets used for Plans and add-ons. This Policy describes controls intended to detect, prevent, and respond to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, and related misuse of payment rails.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to customers, trial users, and anyone who creates invoices, sends crypto to Slammed.st payment addresses, or receives wallet credit through our checkout flows. It covers deposits, refunds or reversals where applicable, and related billing records.
3. Customer obligations
- Use Slammed.st only for lawful, authorized load testing under our Terms and AUP.
- Deposit only funds you are legally entitled to use.
- Do not use the Service to obscure the source of funds, layer transactions, cash out illicit proceeds, or evade sanctions.
- Provide accurate account information and respond promptly to legitimate compliance or support requests.
- Do not share accounts in a way that defeats attribution or abuse controls.
4. Monitoring and risk controls
Depending on risk signals, we may apply automated and manual controls such as:
- Deposit amount and frequency limits, invoice rate limits, and abuse cooldowns.
- Review of unpaid, cancelled, or rapidly repeating invoices.
- Correlation of payment references, on-chain indicators available from processors, IP / network patterns, and account history.
- Temporary holds, payment cancellation restrictions after funds are detected, or account limits while a review is open.
- Refusal of service, wallet freezes, or account suspension where activity appears inconsistent with authorized testing use.
Crypto processors (for example NOWPayments and related rails) may apply their own AML / compliance screening. Their rules can delay, reject, or reverse payments independently of Slammed.st.
5. Prohibited activity
Without limitation, the following is prohibited in connection with deposits or wallet credit:
- Funding accounts with proceeds of crime, fraud, ransomware, or stolen assets.
- Using mixers, tumblers, or similar obfuscation primarily to conceal illicit origin when interacting with our invoices.
- Structuring deposits to avoid monitoring thresholds.
- Buying or selling Slammed.st wallet credit as a money-transmission substitute unrelated to Service use.
- Any activity that violates applicable sanctions or export restrictions.
6. Escalation and reporting
Where required by law or where we have a reasonable belief of illicit activity, we may restrict the account, retain relevant records, and cooperate with payment processors or competent authorities. We may decline to disclose the existence or details of a review when disclosure would compromise an investigation or legal obligation.
7. Record retention
Billing and payment metadata needed for accounting, dispute handling, and compliance are retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Retention periods may be extended when a review, dispute, or legal hold is active.
8. Contact
Questions about this Policy or a specific deposit review: use in-panel support or the contacts listed on our company page. Include your username and payment / invoice reference when possible.
9. Updates
We may update this AML Policy as our processors, products, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use of deposit features after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
