Terms of Service

Effective August 26, 2026 · Please read these Terms before creating an account or using Slammed.st. By accessing the service, you agree to this agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Slammed.st regarding your access to and use of the Slammed.st website, panel, APIs (if any), documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Supplemental policies — including the Acceptable Use Policy — are incorporated by reference. In case of conflict on permitted testing conduct, the stricter rule favoring authorized, verified-target use controls.

2. Definitions

  • Authorized testing means generating controlled Layer 4 or Layer 7 traffic solely against systems you own or are explicitly permitted to assess, within an approved window and intensity.
  • Target means a hostname, IP address, URL, or other endpoint configured for a test session.
  • Verified target means a Target that has completed the Service’s ownership or authorization checks.
  • Plan means the trial or paid subscription tier that defines concurrency, duration, methods, regions, or other limits shown at pricing.
  • Customer content means configurations, labels, notes, and materials you submit to the Service (excluding underlying platform software).

3. Authorized testing only

The Service is an authorized load-testing and IP stress-testing panel. You may only test systems, networks, websites, APIs, or IP addresses that you own or for which you have explicit, current permission covering the Target, traffic type, intensity, and testing window.

You are responsible for obtaining and retaining evidence of that permission. Completing in-product verification does not waive this obligation. Using the Service as a booter, for anonymous disruption, or against third parties without authorization is a material breach of these Terms and of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Additional product context is available at authorized load testing and company. Those pages are informational; these Terms govern.

4. Account eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are using the Service for an employer or client, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms and to designate Targets for that organization.

We may refuse, suspend, or limit accounts that appear to present abuse, fraud, sanctions, or verification risk. Account sharing that defeats security or attribution controls is prohibited.

5. Prohibited use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • Disrupt or degrade third-party services, networks, or users without authorization.
  • Bypass, falsify, or circumvent Target verification, Plan limits, authentication, or other security controls.
  • Access data, accounts, or systems without permission.
  • Distribute malware, illegal content, or tools intended primarily for unauthorized attacks.
  • Interfere with other customers’ use of the Service or with Slammed.st infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent identity, authorization, or Target ownership.
  • Violate applicable law, regulation, or upstream provider policies relevant to your tests.

We may suspend sessions or accounts that create security, legal, or operational risk, including activity that appears inconsistent with authorized testing. Details of enforcement philosophy appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

Features, limits, and prices are described on pricing and in the checkout or account UI at the time of purchase. We may update Plan descriptions prospectively; changes to your current paid term are handled as described in Section 13 where applicable.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining valid payment details where required. Paid Plans renew according to the billing period shown at purchase unless canceled according to the cancellation controls available in your account (or as otherwise stated at purchase).

Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise in writing. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account restrictions while we investigate.

Trials, if offered, exist so you can evaluate authorized testing on verified Targets. Trial abuse, automated account farming, or using trials primarily to attack third parties will result in termination without obligation to continue service.

7. Target verification

The Service may require verification before substantive traffic is allowed to a Target. You agree to complete verification truthfully and to use only Targets you are authorized to test.

We may revoke verification, require re-verification, or block Targets when ownership is disputed, authorization appears stale, or abuse reports are received. You remain solely responsible for the lawfulness of your testing even when a Target shows as verified in the panel.

Test configuration, timing, and intensity are your responsibility. Choose windows that your stakeholders have approved, and stop sessions when objectives are met or when unexpected impact appears.

8. Automations and scheduled tests

Where your Plan includes Automations (scheduled attacks), you may save jobs that start tests later according to the schedules and limits shown in the panel. Scheduled jobs remain subject to the same Target authorization, Plan limits, and Acceptable Use rules as manual starts.

You are responsible for keeping schedules accurate, pausing or deleting jobs you no longer need, and ensuring recurring runs stay within approved windows. We may skip, delay, or disable Automations when capacity, abuse controls, billing status, or Target verification require it.

The number of saved Automations, step counts, and related features may vary by Plan. Exceeding Plan limits or attempting to bypass them is prohibited.

9. Service availability and status

We work to keep the Service available and useful, including regional testing capacity and the customer panel. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, zero defects, or that every test will identify every possible performance or security issue.

Operational updates may be published on status. Status information is provided for transparency and does not modify these Terms or create service-level credits unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Maintenance, capacity constraints, abuse mitigation, or upstream network conditions may delay or interrupt sessions. You should design critical rehearsals with contingency time.

10. Intellectual property

Slammed.st and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, documentation, and visual design. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to your Plan and these Terms.

You retain rights in your Customer content. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law permits), resell, or frame the Service except as expressly allowed. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

11. Liability and disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT TEST RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE.

You remain responsible for your Targets, configurations, authorizations, and for any impact that authorized tests have on your own systems. Capacity testing can surface weaknesses; you should run tests in approved windows with monitoring and rollback plans.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLAMMED.ST IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SLAMMED.ST FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel according to account controls. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or if continued access presents security or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification-equivalent responsibilities for your misuse, and payment obligations already accrued — survive termination.

We may retain certain records as described in the Privacy Policy for security, abuse prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when updates are published. Material changes may be communicated through the site, panel, or email associated with your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
